How we work
You send a list of items or describe the task — we return a specification with prices, lead times and documents. We import ourselves: our own foreign trade contract, customs clearance, a full document package for procurement, warranty and after-sales service. We do not publish prices because they depend on volume, configuration and lead time — each order is costed individually.
Frequently asked questions
How is a school bundle different from just a printer?
A bundle adds filament stock and start-up support: help with the first setup and basic training for the teacher, so the machine works from week one instead of sitting in its box.
Who services the printer after purchase?
Under the manufacturer's rules, end-user support is provided by the dealer — that is us. We keep spare parts in stock so you don't wait a month for a component.
What about procurement documents?
Full package: contract, invoice, delivery and tax notes, technical description, warranty.
