Deli is one of Asia's largest manufacturers of office equipment and stationery and has produced its own printer lines since 2015. We hold a direct contract with them; the first shipment cleared customs in August 2026.

How we work
You send a list of items or describe the task — we return a specification with prices, lead times and documents. We import ourselves: our own foreign trade contract, customs clearance, a full document package for procurement, warranty and after-sales service. We do not publish prices because they depend on volume, configuration and lead time — each order is costed individually.
Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
Items ordered from China take roughly 30–45 days from confirmed specification and prepayment; the timeline is fixed in the contract. If you need it faster, we offer an equivalent from stock.
What documents does the institution receive?
Contract, invoice, delivery note, tax invoice (we are a VAT payer), technical description and warranty card. For public procurement we prepare a specification matching the buyer's requirements.
What is the warranty?
One year from the invoice date, covering repair and spare parts. Two years is negotiable for large contracts.
